Yuchen He

Yuchen He is a registered dietitian and recreational athlete who loves nutrition research. She has worked in both pre-clinical and clinical research settings. Now, she helps people with mental illness explore food and nutrition. When she is not being a nutrition nerd, she enjoys climbing, paddling, weight lifting, and spending time in nature. Yuchen graduated with a B.S. in Health Sciences and Biology from Brandeis University, earned an M.S. in Nutrition Communication from Tufts University, and completed her dietetic internship at Yale New Haven Hospital.
