Meet InsideTracker's:
Hannah Daigneault, MS, RDN, LDN
She/her/hers
Hannah is a registered dietitian currently living in the greater Boston area. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a bachelor's degree in Dietetics and a double major in Psychology and is still fascinated by the intersection of eating and mental health. Hannah completed her supervised practice internship at Massachusetts General Hospital and received her Master's degree in Nutrition Interventions, Communication and Behavior Change from Tufts Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy.
Along with writing for InsideTracker, Hannah currently sees clients on an outpatient basis at NourishRX, a group-practice based in Salem, MA specializing in eating disorders, intuitive eating and personalized nutrition. She is a certified intuitive eating counselor and Health at Every Size advocate, believing that all people deserve respectful care and access to health-promoting lifestyle behaviors without a side of weight stigma. As a science nerd who loves nutrition education, she also supports food industry clients with writing that translates complex nutrition science into relatable, interesting content for consumers.
When she's not fighting diet culture with her writing and counseling work, you can find Hannah enjoying the outdoors with her family, making a mess of her kitchen, or sweating it out to the beat of an indoor cycling class.
